Since the Provincial Restart Plan was announced, Intune Holistics and Wildly Woman has been working to develop safety protocols and best practices. Our focus is to ensure the health and safety of our clients, our Practitioner, cat (home office) and our community as we come together again.
Our Professional Associations, Provincial Regulators and Health Canada have recommended safety protocols and best practices to minimize the risk of further transmission of COVID-19 therefore a number of processes have been put in place (identified below).

COVID SCREENING & PROCEEDURES:
Please review the details below:
- You will be screened at your appointment time before you enter the healing space via phone. Please remain in your car and call Stephanie at 778-319-9211 to let her know you have arrived.
- Please make your appointment for you FREE Discovery Session and check availability on our on-line calendar above. The Zoom meeting link will be automatically emailed to you.
- Forms must be filled out and emailed to Stephanie before arriving to the healing space.
- Patients must prearrange a payment method. We have 2 options:
- On-line payments using credit card via Pay Pal.
- Send an etransfer to stephanie@intuneholistics.com
- If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please help us keep you and others safe by delaying your appointment until 10 days from the start of symptoms AND until the symptoms have resolved, whichever is longer.
